Job title: Office assistant

Responsibilities:

· Deals with all client administration (including enrolment and invoicing)

· Provides admin support for teachers and maintains day-to-day communication with teachers

· Provides day-to-day communication with students, clients and potential clients

· Schedules meetings and appointments within the office

Requirements:

· Excellent communication and people skills

· MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

· Organizational and planning skills

· English at a minimum level of B2

We offer:

Flexible working hours between 8:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.
