A0 - BEGINNER – Total beginners
If you have never studied English and you would like to speak in basic situations and learn grammar basics, this is the course for you. Friendly approaches and fun lessons with patient teachers, using British textbooks.
A1 - ELEMENTARY – "False" beginners
This is a course intended for those who have already tried to learn English or studied English some time ago. It was offered in response to students’ frequent wish to "start from scratch". British textbook New English File, video-courses, professional Czech and native English teachers will help you make progress.
A2 - PRE-INTERMEDIATE
After taking this course you will no longer risk "getting lost" abroad. You will be more confident when speaking English. At the end of the course students may take the optional Cambridge English Key (KET) exam.
B1 - INTERMEDIATE
These courses are intended for those students who want a follow-up to their previous studies and to use English actively at work, at school or in their private life. The course aims to improve all 4 language skills and enables you to take the Cambridge English Preliminary (PET) exam at the end.
B2 - UPPER-INTERMEDIATE
With an option to take the Cambridge English First (FCE) exam and/or Business English: Vantage (BEC) exam.
C1 - ADVANCED
These courses are designed for students who have been studying English for a long time, e.g. at secondary school or university, or in other language schools, regardless of the textbooks used. All those who aim higher and want to use English fluently and effectively in all situations will appreciate a varied and highly-regarded program. The course is built on the textbook English File, video-lessons, games, quizzes, grammar book English Grammar in Use and Vocabulary in Use, and our own materials. At the end of the course students may take either the Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) exam and/or Business English: Higher (BEC) exam.
C2 - PROFICIENT
Taking the Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE) exam is an option.
A short course taught by a native speaker aimed at improving communication skills, groups of 5 - 6 students. The course is ideal to complement your current courses and as a “maintenance course” for advanced students.
