Job title: Office assistant

Responsibilities:

  • ·Deals with all client administration (including enrolment and invoicing)
  • ·Provides admin support for teachers and maintains day-to-day communication with teachers
  • ·Provides day-to-day communication with students, clients and potential clients
  • ·Schedules meetings and appointments within the office

Requirements:

  • ·Excellent communication and people skills
  • ·MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • ·Organizational and planning skills
  • ·English at a minimum level of B2
