As this is the 25th edition of one of the most popular ELT conferences in the Czech Republic, this conference will be a special event at Mendel Universit on the 9th of November.

We are delighted to announce that there will be great sessions by renowned speakers including: Scott Thornbury, Péter Medgyes, Simon Gill, Marjorie Rosenberg, Amanda Davies, Gregg Sotiropoulis, Neil Anderson, Nicky Hockly, Barbora Krpcová and many others.
One of the strands at the conference is Learning Technologies. This strand is co-organised by LTSIG, one of IATEFL's special interest groups. LTSIG is committed to running events in which the latest learning technologies in the field of language teaching are embraced, described, analysed and criticised.
The conference will consist of an opening plenary by Scott Thornbury, followed by 3 rounds of talks/workshops and a closing plenary by Péter Medgyes. In addition, there will be 2 rounds of commercial presentations during the lunch break. Throughout the conference you are free to choose any session that you would like to see but some sessions have a limited number of seats. The conference will finish with an after-party with great food & drinks and live chamber music.
