Job title: Office assistant
Responsibilities:
- ·Deals with all client administration (including enrolment and invoicing)
- ·Provides admin support for teachers and maintains day-to-day communication with teachers
- ·Provides day-to-day communication with students, clients and potential clients
- ·Schedules meetings and appointments within the office
Requirements:
- ·Excellent communication and people skills
- ·MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- ·Organizational and planning skills
- ·English at a minimum level of B2
